Initial Consultation
At ER Hotel Solutions, Inc, we believe we must start by understanding your meeting. By clearly understanding your needs and objectives, we can better assist you with one of the most important decisions you have to make, site selection. Also it gives us the tools to negotiate a contract that protects you and meets your budget.

RFP Process
ER Solutions, Inc. can provide complete RFP and hotel availability from all hotels and resorts domestically as well as internationally. We will send out a detailed RFP and response form to any destination and or hotel of your choice. We will consolidate the availability from all hotels in a easy to read grid that allows you to compare at a quick glance all of the availability, with rates, attrition, Food and Beverage Minimums, and special concessions and other important information. Our commitment is to complete this in 24 hours or less. This takes a huge burden off any busy meeting planner allowing them to attend to other aspects of the conference.

Site Selection
Site Selection can be a very difficult process and one of the most important decisions you will make. Our experience will assist you in selecting a hotel that meets your needs from a facility standpoint, service and experience. We will go onsite with you and be by your side throughout the entire process. Our experience will help you identify hotels that truly deliver great service for all meetings, not just for the site visit.

Contract Negotiating
As a former Executive Meetings Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Director of National Accounts, Global Director of National Accounts (National Account Manager), Associate Director of Sales and most recently for the past 3 years, Director of Group Sales for the Largest Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott in the United States, Group Sales Agreement is our expertise. Contract negotiating is our specialty. We understand all profit sources and profit margins for hotels. Our experience and knowledge affords us to know where hotels can pass savings to you and give additional concessions above the industry standard. We understand Revenue Management and how they interact with rates, dates and space.
